Managing Partner
Jason Blankenship
With more than 20 years of experience in technology consulting and software development, Jason leads the Sales and Customer Success Team. Jason has spent the last 10 years of his career at Callidus Cloud/SAP working on the SPM space focusing exclusively on the insurance vertical. He has served as a lead consultant, implementation team manager, service sales, and customer engagement executive.

Jason is a fan of the Liverpool Football Club and the Alabama Crimson Tide. ​

Principal Architect and Partner
Jack Stone
Jack leads efforts in developing and improving business processes. His modular approach to enhancing business functionality allows clients to easily customize standard processes with minimal cost, time, and disruption. From 2013 to 2021, Jack served as Lead Technical Consultant and Architect at Acketsoft/Callidus Cloud/SAP. While working as Lead APM Architect, Jack led implementations for Agent Performance Management, Onboarding, and Agent Portal solutions, as well as the SAP services team in designing and implemenging new solutions and business processes related to the Agent life-cycle.
​In his free time, Jack enjoys playing, designing, and developing video games.

Solutions Architect and Partner
Eli Mayfield
Eli has six years of experience working with insurance agencies and carriers to provide best recommendations and improve processes with respect to onboarding, licensing, appointing, and termination of insurance producers. He has led carriers to completely replace their paper-based onboarding with an electronic system. Eli has served as a Business Analyst, Lead Consultant, and Architect.

Eli's hobbies include video games, movies, and hiking.

Director, Services Delivery
Dee Remington
Dee is a PMP-certified project manager with over 25 years of experience, including leading Medicare Advantage implementations, managing broker support, and ensuring Medicare compliance. At CallidusCloud/SAP, Dee supported SAP/APMe/ICM, Agent Connection, and Advanced Workflow implementations across multiple clients.
As Director of Services Delivery, Dee ensures that the services provided by CCG meet client expectations while continuing. She approaches all her engagements with an eye toward process improvement and developing collaborative relationships.
Dee’s hobbies include card-making and gardening.

Director, Strategic Partnerships
Ed Corcoran
Ed has over thirty years of experience providing strategic technology leadership, innovative solution development, and product management across multiple industries. Ed is responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and expanding relationships with key external partners to drive organizational growth and success. Ed spent almost five years of his career at CallidusCloud/SAP as a Senior Technical Director creating repeatable service offerings and implementing solutions at numerous insurers. Previous roles include CTO, CIO, Senior Technical Director, and Senior Product Manager.
Ed attended The University of Alabama and lives in Birmingham, Alabama.

Director, Customer Success
Mary Beth Malone
Mary Beth has over two decades of experience in SPM and ICM, with a strong foundation in sales and marketing consulting in the insurance industry. At CCG, Mary Beth leverages her background to support both delivery and strategy teams and to stay abreast of industry trends and business processes. Her approach is grounded in three core principles: alignment, efficiency, and motivation. She specializes in translating complex information into clear, actionable strategies, helping clients operationalize their compensation processes effectively.

In her free time, Mary Beth enjoys traveling, running, playing tennis and pickleball, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Solutions Delivery Manager
D'Juan Howard
D’Juan has extensive experience as a program manager, technical engineer, implementation lead, and senior software delivery consultant. He leverages his proficiency with multiple programming languages and server virtualization/synchronization tools to create and deliver efficient solutions to clients.
D’Juan’s interests include video games, college sports, and houseplants.

Solutions Architect
Karen Harvey
Karen has more than 25 years of technical experience in all stages of the software development life cycle. During her time at CallidusCloud/SAP/Cahaba, Karen used her knowledge and understanding of product guidelines to assist with the creation and maintenance of the current Medicare Model in APM/ICM. As an architect, she successfully implemented both this model and various implementations on APM/ICM not related to Medicare.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys international travel and doing crafts such as diamond painting, knitting, crocheting and sewing.

Solutions Architect
Keith Johnson
Keith has 40+ years of experience in the IT field, and has had roles supporting the insurance industry for more than 12 years. He has significant experience planning and executing data migrations between hardware platforms, software conversions, and upgrades.
As a consultant and solutions architect for CallidusCloud and now for CCG, Keith has designed and implemented ICM/APM solutions for annuity, medicare supplement, and life insurance carriers. He also has extensive experience supporting ICM/APM customers in a managed services role.
In his spare time, Keith enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Principal Architect
Johnny Clark
Johnny has 20+ years’ experience working with APME and ALM. For most of that time, he served as head of engineering for those products. Adding to his extensive knowledge and experience, Johnny served as an implementation specialist and head of support. He started in 2002 at Acteksoft where he was the second developer on the APMe engineering team. Years later, he oversaw the creation and rollout of ALM.

Johnny is a fan of the Auburn Tigers.

Senior Consultant
Brandon Jackson
Using his degree in Computer Science, Brandon began working as a web developer after college. He became a Workflow Consultant at Callidus Cloud/SAP in 2017, where he worked until joining CCG in 2022. In this position, Brandon honed his skills with Groovy scripting and REST API integrations, and developed a thorough understanding of the health insurance industry.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys skateboarding and creating electronic music.

Senior Consultant
Andrew Padgett
Andrew provides CCG clients with solutions to a variety of problems including data integration, validation and reporting. He has experience working for CallidusCloud/SAP from 2017 to 2021 before joining Cahaba Consulting Group.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys rock climbing. He can often be found out in nature sitting under large rocks.

Stephen Jackson
Stephen has 20+ years of IT experience working with various technologies in various industries. As an IT consultant, he has led development and implementation teams and worked directly with clients to deliver enterprise solutions. With over 6 years of experience implementing commission systems within the insurance industry, Stephen has filled a range of project roles, including quality and support, developer, architect and manager.
Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and growing native plants in his spare time.

Taylor Savage
Thanks to her background in insurance, business, and technology, Taylor possesses comprehensive knowledge of the industry, as well as the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients. Her degree in business equipped her with strategic decision making and problem solving skills, while her technical certificate provided her with an understanding of multiple programming languages.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys gardening, cooking and fishing, and can often be found at the beach.

Laura Oudenaarden
Laura has 6 years of experience implementing software and 2 years of experience working as a software developer. Throughout her career, she has worked in industries such as insurance, mortgage banking, and warehouse logistics. Thanks to a degree in mathematics, they are very logic driven and love solving complicated problems.
Laura is a member of several different recreational sports leagues in Atlanta, including bowling, flag football, dodgeball, and many more.
